ABOUT SCOTT RICHARDSON
I Started my career at Travis perkins at the young age of 17 as a Management Trainee. Throughout the 10 years I worked in all aspects of a branch until eventually being made Branch Manager of the Leighton Buzzard store in September 2015.Wanting to broaden my career portfolio I took the difficult decision to leave the Travis Perkins group and started working at Jewsons in October 2016.I took on the role of Branch Manager at Jewson Northampton St James in January 2017 following on from a record profit year. Managing a team of over 15+ and a turnover of over £8M, was my biggest challenge to date. Extremely rewarding working with a vast array of people and also making huge profit for the company.With my focus being totally on the customer and loving the sales side of the business, the Area Sales Manager role for Encon Insulation seemed to be the perfect fit. With my focus being on the customer and my commercial experience I am looking to take Northampton Encon to the next level.
