Key responsibilities include:•Effective planning and scheduling to ensure all customer requirements, deadlines and transportation are on time.•Engage in daily Gemba walk with all departmental managers and Senior managers to review and close out H&S issues and agree action plans •Audit site processes and procedures to ensure daily compliance and company H&S standards /Legislation are not compromised•Continually review site quality systems to ensure product quality is of the highest standard•Monitor team performance to achieve key performance indicators such as OEE, throughput and waste•Continually review and update team training matrix to ensure colleagues are fully trained to site SOP’s and competent in their daily tasks, this then results in maximum flexibility of manpower, improves motivation / performance, self esteem and overall job satisfaction
