I’m a Vice President of Operations with more than 15 years of experience leading large-scale manufacturing organizations in the flexible packaging industry. My background spans blown-film extrusion, lamination, and flexographic printing, and I’m widely recognized as an expert in Windmöller & Hölscher (W&H) extrusion and press technology.When I joined Accredo Packaging in 2009, we were a start-up. Over the years, I’ve helped scale our operations from the ground up to multiple 9 figures, leading plant expansions, building high-performing teams, and embedding a culture of safety and innovation.Safety is my top priority. I’m proud that my team of more than 500 operators has achieved an industry-leading three-year record of zero lost-time incidents. That success comes from empowering people, investing in training, and making safety everyone’s responsibility.I’m equally passionate about technology and sustainability. I’ve led our Industry 4.0 transformation, implementing automated robotic warehousing, AI vision systems for quality control, and digital KPI dashboards for real-time, remote performance management. At the same time, I’ve pushed sustainability to the forefront—developing new film structures with higher PCR content, the first bio-polymer pouches for food contact applications, and MDO downgauged materials that reduce resin use and cut carbon footprint.I believe in building operations that are safe, smart, and sustainable—driven by data, guided by people, and always improving.
