Since 1988, I\'ve been working within Project Management Teams (owner and contractor side) in four countries and across the Lower 48 States for large (EPC) projects, primarily in lead/senior Project Controls roles, and as Project Manager for several projects.My greatest strengths show when given an opportunity to work with vision and policy-level engagement within an organization - particularly related to Operational work flow - and working with people to bring the vision/policy into practical implementation. I am not afraid to confront established perspectives, but am also willing to see my own limitations in the process.I value a management approach which empowers people to take ownership of their roles in an organization.
