About Scott Ravida
I am a first-year law student and Charles Evans Hughes Scholar at Cornell Law School, with a strong interest in pursuing a career in transactional law.Prior to arriving at Cornell, I worked as a summer law clerk in the International Transactions group at S. Friedman, Abramson & Co, a large Israeli law firm. There, I contributed to cross-border deals, conducted due diligence, and assisted in drafting distribution agreements using Incoterms standards. This formative experience solidified my passion for transactional work and motivates me to develop the skills necessary to help clients successfully navigate business challenges. Outside of my studies, you’ll often find me playing pick-up basketball, following my favorite professional sports teams, or exploring the Gorge Trails of Ithaca.
