I lead executive search and talent advisory engagements for private equity funds, their portfolio companies, and professional and technology-enabled services businesses.Prior to joining Beecher Reagan I played 10 seasons of professional lacrosse and am the former Captain of the Archers Lacrosse Club in the Premier Lacrosse League. In 2018 I Co-Founded The Give & Go Foundation, with the mission to empower underserved and emerging Lacrosse communities worldwide. I am also a published poet of two anthologies: “If a Tree Had an Ego” released in August of 2021, and \"Tin Man\" released in May of 2023.
