I’m an HSE leader with deep experience driving environmental, safety, and ESG performance across complex manufacturing and international operations. My work sits at the intersection of risk management, operational execution, and business strategy—helping organizations reduce exposure, improve culture, and scale responsibly.I’ve led multi-site and global HSE programs spanning environmental permitting, compliance, auditing, management system, incident investigation, and ESG reporting. That includes managing large consultant teams and high project volumes, building KPI frameworks and HSE management systems, and translating regulatory requirements into clear business and capital-planning decisions.I’ve driven cost reductions through vendor optimization, improved audit effectiveness through risk-based strategies, implemented enterprise ESG and SDS systems, and led environmental due diligence in support of acquisitions and facility transitions.At my core, I focus on prevention, accountability, and continuous improvement.
