My background includes product line ownership, global vendor management, licensing, packaging, cost engineering, compliance testing, and launch execution for both branded and private label products.Earlier in my career, I developed and managed products for JT Paintball, Spyder Paintball, Empire, and JT SplatMaster, including helping launch JT SplatMaster into Walmart and Toys R Us. That work included tooling, packaging, BOM ownership, COGS and margin analysis, forecasting, QA/specification management, consumer testing, and coordination with design, engineering, sales, and overseas manufacturing partners.
