About Scott Pheasant

My professional career has been solidly based at IBM and my organization was acquired by GlobalFoundries (my particular group is a subsidiary, Avera Semiconductor) and most recently AveraSemi was ultimately acquired by Marvell. Primary focus has always been Application Engineering and Program Management with a strong technical tie to the development group. My strengths lie in very good communication skills, efficient multi-tasking, client interaction and support, strong peer support and collaboration, recognizing and driving issues to closure and achieving the best possible program schedule with the technical and personal complexities that come with the challenging designs of our business today. I manage projects with not only a business sense, but a technical sense as well. I spend the time to undestand issues at hand to a depth that will allow me to determine the best solution possible with a minimal wasted effort as possible. Everyone\'s time is valuable and their skills and focus are paramount to meet aggressive objectives, so I feel it is important to ensure that those talents and efforts are being utilized in the most efficient manner.

Insured roadblocks were minimized or removed that would inhibit the design team\'s progress, maintained detailed documentation of meetings, unforseen issues, and action plans.
