Scott Pharr is a Senior Managing Director at Accenture and responsible for the global performance and operations of Accenture Strategy (COO), a multibillion-dollar business unit across 19 industries in over 120 countries that helps clients tap new market opportunities, apply innovative technologies, and execute large-scale enterprise reinvention and transformation. In addition to this role, Scott leads Accenture’s offshore and nearshore Strategy and Consulting Global Centers for Accenture\'s Industry and Strategy talent. He is a member of Accenture’s Global Leadership Council.Scott has more than 25 years of experience in the Energy Industry, advising and partnering with global energy leaders at several of the large international oil companies and oil field and energy service companies helping them redefine business processes, lead large scale transformation programs, and drive technology innovation, particularly across enterprise functions.Scott has a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas A&M University and an Executive Management Certification in Energy from Rice University. Scott is active in the community, participating on the board of several non-profit organizations. Scott has been recognized with the Great Place to Work for Women Award and the Outstanding Service Commitment Achievement Recognition Award. He is based in Houston, Texas, and currently resides between the US and France with his wife Lisa and their 6 children.
