Currently employed within the Yorkshire Water Business Change team supporting the Supply Chain & Logistics Programme implementing a new end-to-end Target Operating Model. The team deploy highly skilled and experienced business change professionals, aligned to business areas, to work alongside programme and portfolio teams throughout the end to end change journey. Previously I was assigned as Business Change Lead for two of Yorkshire Water’s major Modernisation Programmes:The first is a programme that delivered a new, modern and simplified architecture consisting of Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), SAP S/4HANA with MRS (ERP + Scheduling), SAP Asset Manager (mobile work execution) & ARC GIS/ESRI (GIS) across the organisation, replacing outdated systems introduced in the early The second programme was a regulatory requirement that provided a near real time Event Duration/Storm Overflow Monitoring Map on the Yorkshire Water public website. The map will show the operational status of the regions 2,246 Combined Sewage Overflows, within one hour of operation; this impacts various parts of the organisation such as Central Control, Customer Management Centre,Brand and Communications, YW Website and IT Service Operations, not to forget each of the service components in the end-to-end journey of the data (Regional Telemetry System to the Live Map).Key Responsibilities and Outputs:• High Level Impact Assessment’s.
