Perform high complexity Protein (antibody-based) laboratory tests, procedures and analyses according to the laboratory’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.\\\\n• Collaborate with Development and Automation teams to execute assay improvement experiments, new assay configurations and validations.\\\\n• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and document routine preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment according to the laboratory’s SOPs for the following but not limited to: centrifuges, freezers, refrigerators, pipettors, incubators, multiplex analytical platforms (e.g. Luminex, MSD), and Hamiltons as needed.\\\\n• Review, interpret and report study results in LIMS as assigned.\\\\n• Independently identify and troubleshoot high complexity assay problems that adversely affect the test performance.\\\\n• Perform, review and document laboratory quality control procedures.\\\\n• Document all corrective actions taken when test systems deviate from the laboratory’s established performance specifications.\\\\n• Report all quality issues and/or safety concerns to the Laboratory Supervisor or Safety Officer.\\\\n• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.\\\\n• Perform other laboratory duties as assigned.\\\\n\\\\n
