ABOUT SCOTT PARKER

Time served carpenter, been in trade since 1986. Worked on the tools on Refurbs & New Builds of Public Houses, Banks, Restaurants, Offices, Schools, Law Courts, Museums, Football Stadiums & Retail Shops. Started running jobs in the year 2002 & have been since then. I hold SMSTS certificate, CSCS Card, First Aid & Fork Lift Licence. Total of 30 years Experience. I have recently completed a £1.1 million office fit out role has a Freelance Site Manager on an Office Refurb, working via my own Ltd Company. Office re-fits, Hotel newbuild or refurbishments is my comfort zone, I have a vast amount of experience in Hotel Work carrying out Site Management roles on Premier inn, Travelodge, Holiday inn, Crowne Plaza & the ibis chain of hotels, regards to office refits i have worked for City office interiors, JDi, Overbury & Business interiors on many refits for clients such has Virgin, Lloyds, Regus & many Law Firm/Solicitors. My preference is Site Management roles on Hotel & Office Refits, Shops, Public Houses or Schools. Every role must be based in Midlands region within 30 mile radius. I no longer work away from home. I also DO NOT WORK ON HOUSING SITES so please refrain from offering myself these roles. I am at present looking for new work.
