Scott is accountable to Trust Board for the leadership of all services offered by Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care Trust. This includes community hospitals, physical health community services, mental health inpatients and community services and a wide range of services which support children and young people. Over the next 3 years Scott will lead the delivery of an ambitious transformation programme which aims to deliver and embed the NHS 10 year plan and creates the environment where staff are best able to deliver improved patient outcomes and experience. Scott strives to create a Compassionate and Inclusive Culture where everyone can thrive and deliver best possible care. Through ensuring there is a psychological safe environment there is healthy challenge and a focus on learning.
