As a Senior Project Manager and Principal IT Professional with over 18 years’ experience in the field, my roles have included negotiator, customer relations, project leader, trouble shooter and solutions provider. Every role I have accepted has evolved allowing me to develop new skills and bring my own unique perspective. At NHS Hampshire I worked as the Digital Access Project Lead delivering online and video consultation capability across primary care.At Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust I have worked as Project Manager on the Corporate Redesign Programme and Customer Experience Programme both complex Trust wide initiatives delivered using PRINCE2 before moving to the Informatics and Technology Programme Delivery Team delivering Capital Projects for the Infrastructure Programme.My previous employment initially involved cross platform IT support but rapidly developed into Server Administrator (MS Server 2003/2008), customer support and various project work (roll out, development and conference work) and sitting on the senior executive group as a technical representative.While working in the Higher Education sector I gained many qualifications including an MSc in Project Management (Distinction), an MSDST/MCP, a CGLI in management (level 4), ITIL Foundation, PRINCE2 Foundation & \'Train the Trainer\'. The MSc included Agile project management, PRINCE2, Planning and Budgeting, Risk Management, Quality Assurance, APM, PMI and many other useful skills. Earlier roles included technical advisor to a corporate solutions provider for UK government agencies such as the MoD and The Home Office and setting up systems for a UK clothing company. I have a particular interest in Quality Improvement, communication, well being and Customer Experience.
