   International Fund Services (IFS) is a division of State Street Alternative Investment Solutions which provides a complete suite of fund accounting, fund administration and risk services to hedge funds and private equity funds.• Prepare cash, position, market value and accrued interest reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with various brokers and counterparties• Calculate the Net Asset Values (NAVs) for hedge fund entities and their respective investors on a multitude of fund structures• Assist with the monthly pricing of fund portfolios as well as Form PF regulatory reporting• Prepare post-NAV capital summary reports, financial highlights, and internal and external audit requests • Contribute to ad-hoc client requests for periodic financial analysis including Trial Balance, Purchase and Sale, and PnL reports• Process corporate actions, non-trading transactions, invoice payments and general ledger entries on a monthly and daily basis• Review Master/Feeder portfolio investment performance across equities, bonds, swaps, options, fund of funds, foreign exchange, futures and other evolving derivative instruments • Assist with the review and validation of partner/shareholder allocation calculations, including management and incentive fee calculations as it relates to final ending capital balances • Facilitate the review of fund NAV data in collaboration with Client Operations, Transfer Agency, and Investor Services teams at State Street• Interact closely with internal Bank Debt Servicing team to ensure accuracy of bank debt deals including cash settlement, delayed compensation, interest on cash differences, and trade details• Process capital activity transactions at both an investor and fund level concerning redemptions, subscriptions and due to/from cash movements
