Scott O’Donnell is the senior member and co-leader of the 10-person South Florida Commercial Team specializing in asset disposition, joint venture equity, debt restructuring and refinance, and new debt financing for commercial real estate assets located throughout South Florida. The Capital Markets Team will also work closely with their institutional partner to service institutional owners in the disposition of office and industrial assets throughout South Florida.
