Estimate large commercial projects along with City/County and subdivision projects. Manage all types of civil construction projects that have been successfully bid and gone to contract in the greater Nashville area. Attend pre-bid, planning, scheduling and progress meetings. Manage/track change orders, T&M’s, RFI’s and invoices for each project. Schedule and manage all subcontractors and Rogers Group, Inc\'s crews on multiple jobs and sites. Work with other divisions to prepare and maintain an 8 week look ahead schedule for all of the Roger\'s Group crews working on all the projects across Middle Tennessee area.
