About Scott Neff
A senior retail executive that started my leadership career as a Non Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps. While in the USMC I achieved the rank of Sgt and lead several groups of Marines during very difficult situations, in the US and abroad. As a retail executive, I have been involved in all aspects of Supermarket and Supercenter operations and have managed operations with a total volume exceeding over 100 million annually. I also have multi unit experience gained while a Field Merchandiser. My area of expertise assigned to, were Produce, Floral, Deli, and Bakery areas within a traditional supermarket that consisted of between 10 and 28 stores at a time in Michigan and Ohio.
