My specialties include budget and forecast development and modeling, financial analysis and planning, complex problem-solving, improving business performance, managerial reporting, variance and trend analysis, business process improvements and team building. During my career, I have partnered with global purchasing, manufacturing, and global product programs (future vehicle development) as well as the sales, service and marketing staff. I have also worked at a joint venture between General Motors and a Japanese business partner as both CFO and plant controller.
