As the operational lead of a high-pressure facility with 450+ staff, I navigate the intersection of strategy, efficiency, and human impact every day.Following my research into the contributing factors to reduce dual-harm in adult male prisoners, I am proudly holding an MSt in Applied Criminology, Penology, and Management from the University of Cambridge.
