As Regional Manager for the North West and Midlands, I’m proud to oversee 13 thriving learn to swim venues, including 5 purpose built standalone sites and 8 swim@ locations based in schools, colleges, and universities.At the heart of everything we do is a simple but powerful vision: to revolutionise learn to swim. Inspired and led by Olympians Becky Adlington and Steve Parry, we’re redefining what swimming education can be; engaging, fun, and life changing.Each week, over children take to the water with us, and our mission is for every session to be the best 30 minutes of their week. Beyond the joy and confidence swimming brings, our ultimate goal is to ensure that as many children as possible leave primary school with the vital life skill of being able to swim.I’m passionate about developing people, building strong teams, and delivering outstanding experiences for our swimmers and their families, all while driving operational excellence and supporting our company’s mission to make a lasting impact through swimming.
