ABOUT SCOTT MURPHY

Upon graduating from Miami, University, I was hired by the Cintas Corporation. I completed Cintas\' highly recognized Management Training Program and then opened a Ft. Myers Branch and grew it from $300k to over $16 million in annual sales per year in 6 years. I relocated to Cintas\' Ft. Lauderdale,$26 million per year Branch, as Director of Sales and Operations and significantly improved its\' Southeast Groups performance ranking from 20th to 1st in the Group in less than 8 months. I was then recruited by New River Capital\'s team who had just acquired Swisher. I was hired as the Area Manager and responsible for South Florida\'s Operations and Sales. I was responsible for $35 million in revenue throughout the State of Florida, which was made up acquiring and assimilating 24 Florida acquisitions into Swisher. I was also involved in the development of a distributor program for one of Swisher\'s Chemical Lines and introduced some of our largest cross sales in Swisher integrating the acquisitions.
