I have experienced, firsthand, the rapid growth and maturing of the Private Equity industry. My background in transaction advisory, audit and tax services provides a unique perspective in assisting our team members develop and execute value creation strategies that can be deployed in each step of the acquisition, optimization, and realization life cycle of private investment fund ownership.Over my career, I have provided advice and consultation on thousands of M&A transactions, both domestic and international, with cumulative transaction value well in excess of $10 billion.I frequently serve as a speaker and panelist on various M&A and business succession topics.
