With a special focus on sparking fundraising/revenue generation while supporting the organization\'s growth in a sustainable manner with a culture of philanthropy and service.My most common engagements- Sounding Board: Having a good listener to hear ideas and thoughts for feedback, to ask tough questions and/or just to talk through something out loud whether it be professional or personal can be very beneficial when trying to process- Looking for Blind spots: Personal experiences and environments can hinder or limit possible issues a person or team can foresee, so having someone also looking at things from the \"outside\" can help head off unnecessary trouble- IT Advisor: It\'s easy to get tunnel vision when working for a single company and very rarely are staff afforded the time to explore or understand new solutions or vendors, so I leverage my vendors to train and present the best solutions for an organization\'s needs- Leadership Advisor: Great leaders never stop learning and all they all have a mentor and/or advisor they regularly meet with.
