About Scott Minger
As a strategic and results-driven leader with extensive business development experience, I build and leverage key relationships with corporate donors, creating revenue opportunities while serving needy communities. Over the course of my career, I’ve established a reputation as a strategic leader who empowers teams to identify opportunities and formulate effective solutions. Among other major achievements, I’ve built and executed a strategy that has led Vitamin Angels to achieve 400% revenue growth, becoming a major international organization servicing dozens of countries. Currently, I serve as senior vice president of business development at Vitamin Angels, a nonprofit that provides nutritional support to marginalized domestic and international communities. Before this, I served as vice president of retail development at the same organization, and as category manager for vitamins and diet at Walgreens. I’ve made countless significant contributions to these organizations’ success, including: • Generating tens of millions of dollars through a long-term strategic partnership with Walgreens, providing support to 500 million children.• Growing the reach of Vitamin Angels to a global scale, impacting 70+ countries. Managed, supported, and catalyzed its growth by developing SOPs for engaging large corporate entities for fundraising efforts and donation asks.• Partnering to establish a DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) commission, bringing in staff from across the organization to encourage cross-communication. Developed a 2–3-year plan of action derived from staff input and feedback.I’ve devoted my career thus far to leading groundbreaking business development initiatives, applying my strategic leadership to significantly expand Vitamin Angels and support the growth of Walgreens.
