I am a subject matter expert (SME) with a proven track record of complex problem solving. My expertise is identifying the problem and creating solutions. Target audiences that I work with are \"at-risk\"​ audiences that require housing, and wraparound services. I provide services and solutions for the elderly, veterans, and young families with children. The \"new\" economy and federal government policy changes are creating changes at a rapid rate. The changes create “gaps” in the housing and supportive service. The solution is innovative and proactive private-public solutions using Social Impact Bonds. An example of this would be the U.S. elderly population. AARP estimates that people per day in the U.S. will turn 65 every day for the next 20 years. The elderly population growth in the U.S. is un-matched at any time in history. In addition, the elderly are living longer than previous generations. The elderly population increases and increased life expectancy requires to new and innovative public-private partnerships to age in place with dignity and respect. I use my big-data navigational expertise, passion for people, and private-public partnerships to create innovative customer centric answers.
