About Scott Meister
I\'m a lifelong entrepreneur with 20 years of experience building and scaling multi-million-dollar companies across industries—from construction and landscaping to high-end furniture and western wear retail. My companies generate nearly $100 million in annual revenue and employ more than 400 people across Florida.Growing up in Tampa Bay, I got my start helping my father expand businesses in the region’s commercial real estate market. After earning my CPA and working with two Big Five firms in Washington, D.C, I served as controller at Atlantic Media Company before making the leap to entrepreneurship in 2006 with the acquisition of Russell’s Western Wear. Since then, I’ve grown it into a nine-location retail brand serving the Tampa Bay area.In 2012, I partnered with my brother, Eric, to acquire Cornerstone Solutions Group, transforming it from a 70-person operation into a 300-employee construction and landscaping firm serving clients across West and Central Florida. Our portfolio expanded further in 2016 with the addition of Annabelle’s Fine Furniture, a premier home furnishings and interior design brand.In 2017, I brought on marketing veteran Brian Rieth to help scale our companies. Seeing firsthand how strategic marketing fueled multi-million-dollar growth, I founded Orchard Park Marketing Partners in 2024 to help other business owners achieve the same results—without the time, staff, or stress of managing marketing in-house.I serve as chairman of the Board of Trustees at Cambridge Christian School and remain active in my local church. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family and fishing in the Tampa Bay flats.
