Firm provides AWS Solutions for the cloud integration and BI enhancements:• Business Intelligence Solutions: Design and develop BI Solutions varying from simple applications and scripts automating data gathering and scenario-specific tasks to allow more focus on data analysis all the way to complex BI modeling with sophisticated metrics. • Inventory Management: Development of Inventory Management models and reporting that identify inventory target levels based on sales pace and profitability at Region/Brand/Product hierarchy levels down to a style color level with clear splits between Replenishment and Seasonal/Fashion inventory across all channels of distribution. Provide guidance on report utilization to keep inventory levels in a healthy range.• Revenue/Financial Forecasting: Develop and maintain applications that identify revenue sources and timing before a fiscal year, actualizing and adjusting based on exceptions to the plan. Build Financial Forecasts mapped to general ledger accounts tied to revenue forecast and associated expected expenses. Tracking actual values versus the forecast to understand actual versus expected profitability based on exceptions to the plan.• Profitability Modeling: Develop profitability models for Homebuilding, Law Firm, and Retail/Wholesale companies. A common theme between each model even though they cross a wide variety of organizations is they are built from the lowest level of the organization to the summarized company totals making it easy at all levels of the organization.
