Senior Executive and Board-level leader with 35+ years’ experience building, scaling and restructuring engineering and energy services businesses across the Renewables, Clean Energy, Oil & Gas and Manufacturing sectors.I have a proven track record of establishing new divisions, delivering sustained profitable growth and leading organisations through periods of transition, integration and market change. My career spans start-ups, high-growth environments and distressed businesses, where I have been trusted to create structure, clarity and results.I bring deep experience in P&L leadership, strategy development, operations, governance and systems implementation, underpinned by strong technical credibility and a pragmatic, hands-on leadership style. I have led businesses through significant growth phases, secured and delivered Tier-1 contracts across Construction, Operations & Maintenance and OFTO, and implemented robust accredited management systems including ISO 9001/14001, BS EN 1090 and Achilles UVDB/NCE.A consistent focus throughout my career has been building high-performing leadership teams and developing workforce capability, introducing structured training, competency frameworks and apprenticeship pathways to support sustainable growth within the energy transition.Alongside my executive roles, I actively support the promotion of clean energy careers and skills development, working with industry bodies and regional organisations to strengthen the future talent pipeline.I am open to Executive, Board and Advisory opportunities within the Renewables and Clean Energy sectors, particularly where businesses are seeking experienced leadership to scale operations, improve performance, or navigate change.
