I represent employers in all aspects of employment litigation and non litigation. I handle significant trade secret, breach of fiduciary duty, and noncompete litigation, traditional labor matters, and complex discrimination and retaliation matters, primarily. My practice is national in scope. These days I do more work outside of Texas than within it, but Texas remains my \"home\" base. I represent companies and on very rare occasions, individuals. I like the intensity and hyper focus of intense litigation, but I do not let my enjoyment of that cloud my judgment with regard to what is best for our clients.
