Preconstruction: Working with clients and our internal design team from initial sketch plans through final design deliverables and present our Good Faith Estimate to determine if the project will move forward. Upon approval of the budget, we will move into a construction drawing phase with our designers and finalize documents for bid purposes. We then prepare a full bid with local subcontractors to finalize the process prior to releasing for construction. Construction: Work directly with my project team of PM\'s and APM/PE\'s to bring that original concept to life through the construction process. NEXTGEN: Working with outside architecture firms and clients on commercial construction projects around the Pittsburgh area.
