As Branch Manager I am responsible for ensuring all branch business objectives are met while simultaneously providing a legendary customer experience during every interaction. From a business perspective I am required to build a business plan to obtain new business, build on existing relationships, and foster a success driven environment. My team includes Managers of Customer Service, Financial Advisors, and Financial Service Representatives. I coach these individuals to proactively identify the needs of our customers while continuing to provide a legendary experience that cannot be matched by any other institution. I am currently in a very unique situation where I am able to open a brand new location and build the business from the ground up. From a team perspective I also foster an environment that builds my team both personally and professionally. Operationally I ensure that all activities take place in a compliant fashion while meeting both bank and industry standards.
