ABOUT SCOTT MCKENNA

EC & I Design Engineer (Contract) with over 25 years’ experience working within the Nuclear, Water and Gas Industries. I’ve worked on numerous projects and with each position I’ve had different client expectations. I feel with each position I\'ve repeatedly shown that I’m more than capable of completing the task/tasks given to me to a satisfactory level. I feel that I’ve gained a good reputation and trust with all past clients and often been re-employed. I’ve worked on everything from new build equipment to replacing antiquated equipment. I’ve worked on anything from small projects to multi million pound projects. I’ve probably produced or modified every 2D drawing associated with EC & I and associated documentation and calcs. I’ve done plenty of site survey work, I’ve checked other peoples work and I often find myself mentoring junior designers.I’ve worked for several major Engineering Consultants whose end clients were:National Gas, Sellafield Ltd (BNFL), Urenco UK, UKAEA, AWE, BAE, United Utilities, Yorkshire Water, Southern Water, PZ Cussons & Astra Zeneca.I have a clean driving licence and I was security cleared to SC level until Feb 24(SC Clearance as lapsed due to not needing it in my latest work placement)
