ABOUT SCOTT MCFIE
As co-Founder of LCM Solutions Inc. I have over 35 years of engagement within global corporate insurance & risk enterprise. From my family-owned business roots in Saskatchewan, I developed an entrepreneurial customer centric business foundation within the hospitality industry. This was followed by years in the banking and insurance industry where I further honed my business skills and work ethic including 20+ years as equity partner, board member & EVP with SCM Insurance Services Group. At SCM I worked collaboratively with the executive decision makers of many of North America’s largest corporate enterprises and global re-insurers in the London (Lloyds) market. I have cultivated an international presence and continue to leverage my international network to develop and deliver innovative technology resource partnership solutions.My experiences have contributed to a unique blend of common sense and executive leadership skills which have allowed me to develop innovative partnerships with C-Suite decision makers.
