With years of solid progressive financial hospitality experience, my background is very diverse. I have had the opportunity to work with both independent hotels as well as large branded chain hotels. My experience stretches across 5-Star, ultra-luxury, conference center, city center, convention, life-style boutique, resort/seasonal type hotels as well as hotels with residential and office components and home owners associations. I also have experience with large private membership clubs. I have single and multiple property experience, up to 12 hotels and rooms at a time. I have experience with properties whose annual budgets ranged from under to over and from 42 rooms to over1600 rooms with over square feet of meeting space.My core goals and priorities are to get the basics right, continuously improve reporting and efficiency, developing owner relations, delivering accurate and timely financial information to all stakeholders as well as developing strong financial teams with deep bench strength.
