   Oversee the development, management and implementation of Security wide initiatives as directed by leadership. The Security Project Manager will work with organization leaders and team members to develop and manage projects and project plans from the security perspective. The major function of this specific role is to lead a team that will design, layout and execute the implementation of security components in all WHS projects both small and large. This is including but not limited to the design layout and implementation of all Access Control, Video Surveillance, Weapons Detections, Visitor Management systems, elevator access control, etc.The Security Project Manager will work with the Technology Manager to maintain and update security design guidelines and ensure we are maintaining industry standards for safety and security from an environmental standpoint. They manage the security aspect of the project, be accountable for completing projects on time and within scope/budget, assist in problem solving and issue resolution. In addition, the Security Project Manager will lead a team that will be involved with multiple other project workstreams for various projects across WHS. This team will be responsible for small projects or components of large, complex engagements. They are responsible for project execution & delivery, governance, prioritization, resource planning, execution tools, training and monthly reporting as they apply to assigned projects and new/improved processes. This role includes both administrative (organizational) and strategic (consultative) responsibilities for managing projects/initiatives.
