DMG is one of the largest Medical groups in Arizona employing over 800 FT/PT providers. DMG employs all Providers who work within the ValleyWise Health System. The system is inclusive of a level 1 Burn/Trauma center as well as three psychiatric inpatient hospitals and 11 outpatient clinics classified as FQHC\'s. The hospital is a teaching facility with 10 residency programs and multiple fellowships. I oversee and administer the Provider Recruitment function for the group. This entails the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to contracting/employment.As the CHRO, I have full responsibility for all HR disciplines. These include recruiting, employee relations, benefits plan design and implementation, compensation plans and training.
