I am an experienced, results-focused attorney who specializes in all aspects of business and investor-related U.S. immigration law. I represent a diverse group of domestic and multinational corporations and their employees, providing both short- and long-term guidance in connection with the hiring, transfer and retention of international personnel worldwide. This includes counseling business clients through I-9 audits and investigations initiated by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Department of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) where timing, experience and familiarity with the process and its players is critical in defending a business and its principals against civil and potential criminal liabilities.I also represent the interests of self-petitioning foreign nationals seeking investment opportunities in the U.S, including E-2 Nonimmigrant Treaty Investors and Immigrant Investors seeking U.S. permanent residence under the EB-5 program. I also have extensive experience representing individuals of extraordinary ability in the O-1 and EB-1 (greencard) context in a variety of fields, including scientists, authors, inspirational speakers, celebrity chefs, entertainers and professional athletes. Such experience includes representing individuals of extraordinary ability in the visual and performing arts including dancers, actors, painters, sculptors, tattoo artists, songwriters, composers, sound engineers, music managers, and music agents.
