I am grateful to celebrate my one-year anniversary at IAT and feel proud of the impact I’ve had with such great colleagues designing, developing and executing training strategies, curricula, and learning in support of our industry leading business and training initiatives! Here are few of my contributions this year:• Revamping IAT’s Performance Management curriculum and communications for our Annual Review, Mid-Year Review, and Coaching Conversations processes, including developing and facilitating training for the organization on new program enhancements and platform functionality• Redesigning and facilitating our Coaching for Great Effectiveness, Feedback That Works, Managing Performance Issues, and other workshops• Enhancing our IAT University LMS by redesigning and developing its homepage, our technical academies, and other features• Supporting and developing a new performance evaluation process and competencies for our IAT Trainee Program on our HRIS platform• Initiating and authoring our monthly Learning and Development Newsletter• Becoming certified in and facilitating Crucial Conversations and our CCL 360 programs• Researching and developing potential new learning programs for the organization
