Stewarded refresh of the Global SDMS system.• Travelled extensively globally to complete cold eyes reviews of planning, scheduling, cost control, materials, safety, and logistics at production facilities, delivering recommendations ranging from areas to work and in some cases to defer or redefine scope due to lack of preparations.• Coached, trained, led, and mentored shutdown teams virtually and in person, at all global production units, resulting in completion on time and on budget with excellent safety performance.• Created suite of templates to support SDMS (IE, Gate docs, safety docs, cost control, planning standards, cold eye review documents), allowing remote review of documents to focus attention on weaker areas.• Screened, interviewed, and recommended hiring of SDMS group in Bangalore and trained and mentored group of 12 India people in practices for field support (very successful group) that supported 7 shutdowns at 3 different facilities, improving quality and delivery times.
