I focus on both long-term strategic goals and day-to-day detail. I have a proven record of accomplishment of delivering complex multi-vendor projects and establishing effective service managed operational environments. I consider myself an efficient and productive contributor in a team or project. My proactive attitude and leadership qualities have proven successful, when meeting tight deadlines for either small or large projects. I am comfortable managing across boundaries, managing upwards, producing logical successful presentations with persuasive arguments, and developing a rapport with stakeholders.
