About Scott MacDonald
Inquisitive by nature, problem solver by trade.I\'ve built my career understanding processes then leveraging technology to develop and deliver solutions for complex business problems. I learned early on the power of asking \"why\" and \"how\" to dive deeply into processes to truly understand, and identify other impacted areas, in the pursuit of ensuring proper solution design. My honest, ethical and consultative approach has helped me build a reputation for being a trusted adviser with stake holders at multiple levels of the organization.I deeply care about the user experience and embrace “Think Customer” and “Look Ahead” mentalities in all that I do to develop the best user experience possible for the long run.I seek to cultivate an open environment of sharing of ideas and experiences to broaden myself as well as my peers. I\'m a motivator and mentor to my employees and peers by leading from example. This starts with creating safe spaces and empowering others to be bold to share their ideas, thoughts and recommendations for process improvement.
