   Interim CFO - Assumed role in March 2020 to seek investment/sale of company, until acquisition by Beiersdorf in January 2022. Oversaw global accounting operations and preparation of monthly financial statements. Performed due diligence procedures and monitored critical KPI’s for company acquisition. Interfaced with auditors to prepare all documentation and requests for two years of audits. ERP Implementation - SAP ECC designed implementation plan and have begun global implementation. Performed global implementation of Sage X3 ERP in North America/Europe/Asia, allowing company to operate off one platform and provide real time data and prepare the company for the next phase of growth.
