The most impactful job that you WON\'T find on my resume but which was, in hindsight, one of the most important career decisions of my life was that of Media Distribution Executive, i.e. Paper Boy. At 12 years old (more than a few years ago) I was in charge of sales and customer retention, marketing, collections and accounting, compliance and of course distribution. I determined the direction, size and scope of my company and worked everyday, through school vacation, winter storms and summer break, to ensure it\'s success. Many of the lessons I learned during those formative years helped shape the leader that I have become.I\'ve worn many hats in my career- Trainer, Compliance Manager, Regulator, Sales Manager, Lender, Marketing Manager, Product Manager. These career opportunities have allowed me to positively impact the bottom line of organizations while also making a positive impact on those around me as Leader, coach, mentor, advocate, motivator and strong business partner.I am driven to \"deliver\" top-performing results.
