My primary role at XALOY LLC is to manage new business development opportunities and existing relationships with KEY Business Partners in the Injection Molding, Blow Molding & Extrusion market segments by providing technical solutions to reduce scrap; increase productivity & profitability. As the world\'s leading producer of melt delivery systems & components, we manufacture precision bi-metallic barrels, high performance feed screws, and front end components designed to meet or exceed the specific needs of our customer\'s most demanding molding applications. In this role, I also manage and foster the growth of several Regional Sales Managers throughout North, Central & South America.
