ABOUT SCOTT LEEVER

A strong knowledge of accounting principles and CPM software implementation has uniquely prepared me for the role of Engagement Manager with HollandParker.HollandParker specializes in the implementation of OneStream XF software for Fortune 500 and enterprise companies that require support for Financial Consolidations, Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting. Understanding the challenges facing a company during implementation, the audit requirements, and the accounting/finance needs of each client enables me to speak the same language as the client to support implementation.Prior to joining HollandParker, I gained valuable, relevant experience as the Assistant Controller for Dril-Quip. At Dril-Quip, I was responsible for the implementation of OneStream for consolidations and led the design process for the forecasting and budgeting phase. My experience as a controller and administrator gave me a unique perspective from both the consultant and customer point of view. Now, on the other side of the table representing HollandParker, I am able to speak the language of the software we are implementing and understand the accounting/finance needs of our clients.Prior to Dril-Quip, I was an external auditor for Deloitte & Touche LLP. My experience as an auditor prepared me to anticipate the questions and needs that each client’s auditors will ask both during the validation stage and on an ongoing basis. Further, the experience in both previous roles provided opportunities to meet with executive management and, in many cases, advise regarding change and process improvements.Educationally, I graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station with a BBA in Accounting and a Masters in Accounting from the Mays Business School.
