About Scott Lafleur

Graduate from the University of Arizona with a Bachelors of Science degree in biomedical engineering with a systems engineering focus. I have more than 4 years of professional biomedical industry experience working in product development for Class I and Class medical devices. Since leaving the biomedical industry, I have 7+ years working in the aerospace and defense industry, specifically focusing on optimizing processes for test systems engineering at both the engineering and production levels. I specialize in requirements development and requirement verification/validation while utilizing Model Based Systems Engineering methods. I manage various control accounts for program efforts specific to the Operations/Production IPTs. I lead 10-20 engineering contributors to accomplish overall programmatic tasks, process driven deliverables, capacity and throughput analyses to ensure stakeholder and design requirements with expected sell-off quantities are met.
