Directly responsible for enterprise data management across three CRM platforms (including nCino and proprietary systems), six internally managed lending/leasing servicing platforms, and numerous externally serviced third-party data feeds, all integrated into advanced business intelligence reporting solutions (Power BI). These initiatives delivered material improvements in customer retention, profitability, forecasting accuracy, data integrity, liquidity management, portfolio migration analytics, regulatory reporting, and budgeting capabilities.
