ABOUT SCOTT LACY
I am a Logistics Manager for The U.S. Army where I have the honor of serving with the best Logistics Professionals in the world. I get up everyday and love going to work. My favorite part about my job is my experienced supervisors. They continue to push me to do my best day in and day out. This experience has caused me to be my best at all times. Although I am currently leaving the military, I will always remember the early physical training formations, training meetings, and missions. Notable achievement: Safely leading a group of 74 people, 30 pieces of rolling stock, and equipment valued over 10 million dollars from Germany to Poland to conduct feeding operations for over Soldiers. This experience proves that I can deliver user to user success. Some additional skills that I bring to the table are active listening, communication, product knowledge, and relationship building. About me: Military Veteran - I served as an Army Officer that spanned 4 years, 3 countries, lots of training missions, late nights, and multiple convoys. My greatest achievement would be leading a Platoon consisting of 74 people from Germany to Poland and back without any incidents. We worked together with 6 other countries and fed over 4200 soldiers during the 30-day mission. World Traveler - My first military assignment was in Germany from 20••••24 which allowed me to catch the travel bug. I have had so much fun traveling Europe and exploring different cultures. I cannot wait to see all of the United States next! Supporter of Veteran Talent - I believe that Veterans have amazing skills that can change a company for the better. My goal is to connect with as many companies as I can to tell them what Veterans can bring to the table.
